Heyy Babyy Reviews started….

Well, we all were expecting some laughter riot from this movie but it left me disappointed. Anyways, let’s quickly get back to the movie.

The story is pretty much straight forward, 3 best friends, staying together, having best time of their lives, flirting with girls all the time and partying..

One day, someone rings their doorbell and leaves a baby at the doorstep. That’s it, they all first try to find who is the father of that baby amongst them and to find that, they look around for the mother.. (from their list of girlfriends) haha.. This whole idea should be enough to create a superb laughter riot but director decided to put in some emotional stuff, which turned movie like any other bollywood flick.

I had mentioned this earlier too and mentioning again, directors should not mix emotions with comedy movies. Comedy movies are meant to be mindless where as emotions need mind and heart. And you really cannot mix up both the things together.

Apart from typical story and bad emotional stuff, the movie has few good things too. Specially, the little child, Angel.. she was super cute.. few comedy scenes and Ritesh Deshmukh.

I personally have no opinion for them as such but he seems to be better than Akshay Kumar.

Few more bad things include, Shahrukh Khan and Anupam Kher’s cameo, it was simply pathetic and unnecessary.

Songs, leaving the title song and Jaane Bhi De apart, rest were BAD.

And finally, Vidya Balan’s dressing. Viewers found her a bit plumped up.

The direction and screenplay could have improved a lot.

Concept was really nice and it could have made much better.

Heyy Babyy is a comic jape that has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by director turned comedian Sajid Khan.

The film stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh and Indian beauty Vidya Balan. The film seems to be inspired from the Hollywood block buster the Three Men and a Baby.

Heyy Babyy Movie: Ritesh Got beaten up

The insights of the movie is that Ritesh Deshmukh gets beaten up by kids in the movie Heyy Babyy.

Ritesh plays Eddy the Teddy who is an organizer for parties especially for kids and while than only he gets beaten up by some childrens in the true hollywood movie Matrix style and you know who is the leader among those kids… well, it’s the brat who is none other than producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s son Subhaan nadiawala. This is one the funniest sequence which have never been done in Bollywood so far in any movie.

The Action director Mahendra Verma said that he trained all the childrens including Subhaan nadiawala to perform the action stunts and he said that he feels that the kids had to be literally trained in gymnastics and action sequences.

Well that’s what he says but the theme line is that Kids are going to love the action scene and they will be damn excited watching it.

In this movie since Ritesh is the party organizer for kids, he is called as Eddy the Teddy. He have wore a 20-kg fur outfit for this sequence in the movie. Kids are going to love the character of Eddy the Teddy and they are sure going to enjoy it a lot. Even Ritesh is excited about the role and also how it works on screen with audience and especially kids.

Subaan nadiawala has earlier acted in few hit movies like: Main Hoo Na and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. As both movies were super hits. people predicts he might turn out to be Khan’s lucky mascot in “Heyy Babyy” too.

This particular scene carries 100 childrens and they are in solid mood to beat up Ritesh, after so much stunt practice and no wonder Subhaan is in the lead role among all the brats.

Let’s wait for more things to come up as this is just as the movie is yet to be released on 24th August.

Heyy Babyy: More about the movie

Heyy Babyy is the most awaited movie in bollywood after “Chak De India“.

The distribution right of Sajid Nadiadwala’s movie Heyy Babyy has been aquired by the Ashtavinayak Cine Vision with the rights for Gujarat, Saurashtra, Maharashtra, Thane, Goa and parts of Karnataka territory.

Heyy Babyy is the directorial debut of Sajid Khan. Movie synopsis of Heyy Babyy says that it is the story of three bachelors Aroush, Tanmay and AL who are living in Sydney. Their romantic lives are turned upside down when a baby lands on their doorstep. The comedy in the movie is rumored to be somehow inspired from the Leonard Nimoys 1987 super hit movie.

This movie is with a casting in the lead roles as Akshay Kumar who is playing as Aroush, Ritesh Deshmukh who is playing as Tanmay, Fardeen Khan who is playing as AL/Ali, Vidya Balan who is playing as Esha and also Boman Irani is in the lead roles.

The Crew and music includes: Banners by the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Lyrics by: Sameer and Anvita Dutt Guptan, Music Direction by Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonca. You can get cassettes and CD’s by T-series.

Snappy and flashy title song groove about in a carefree manner reflecting the living-in-the-moment attitude of its protagonist. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and their racy compositions are adequately backed up with a pumped up chorus, with the eye-balls catcher song is the true USP for the movie, as it pictures 20 actresses (including Malaika Arora, Shamita Shetty, Dia Mirza and Amisha Patel) dancing on the beats of the title song of Heyy Babyy.

This forthcoming bollywood movie is set to release on 24th of August 2007.

Heyy Babyy

In the Era of Laughter… a comedy movie like “Hey Baby” is like a cherry on the cake…

Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan have given a lot of comedy movies… While they play a playboy kind of character in the earlier movies but here is a twist in the tale as this movie will be more comic with an addition of a small baby girl and vidya balan to enter in their lives and make their life……….

Well, let’s look out for more reviews.
